Is this safe if I am pregnant or a new mother?

Absolutely safe, and beneficial!!

Pregnant clients and their needs are well suited for movement work, as it can provide clearer understanding and useful tools to manage the burden of an ever changing body, including positions for comfort and recovery. 

With my history of infant massage instruction, doula experience, pre & perinatal pregnancy massage instructor, and over 30 years in the personal health care field – I enjoy helping mothers-to-be, new moms and other caretakers learn how to manage chronic or acute pain during daily activities, including lifting, bending, rolling, turning, and more.
